Old Court - the focal point of the College - is [ITAL]an attractive [EITAL]example of neo-gothic Victorian architecture. A more recent addition, the Cripps Building has won an award, [ITAL]but not from [EITAL][PUSH]push[EPUSH][ITAL]. Selwyn is some distance from other colleges, which doesn't help involvement in University activities. However, students are easy-going, and there's a fun, tolerant, atmosphere.[EITAL][PARA][PARA]3 bars (2 for events only); theatre and 2-3 bops a term in Selwyn Diamond (cap 175), also live music and in Main Hall (200) and JCR (100); biannual balls. [ITAL]Excellent [EITAL]college mag 'Kiwi'; library (30,000 books); 14 computers; CofE chapel. Few sports facilities 1/4 mile, shared with other colleges. All years live in; [ITAL]self catering not encouraged[EITAL].
