It is set in [ITAL]good [EITAL]gardens 1/2 mile from King's Parade [PARA]and handy for the arts faculties, the Library and the Real Tennis [PARA]court.[ITAL] Although it lacks the grand buildings of some other [PARA]colleges, it also lacks their affectations and reflects the policy of [PARA]admitting those who'll contribute most to College life. Societies [PARA]come and go with generations of students (presently drama and [PARA]sport are strong) and the bar is the main centre of activity.[EITAL] The [PARA]catering and the rooms are [ITAL]good,[EITAL] there's a large common room [PARA]and an [ITAL]excellent[EITAL] auditorium.[PARA][PARA]2 bars; bands, concerts and many plays in the Auditorium (cap [PARA]250), Music Room (40) and Party Room (120) where there are [PARA]weekly 70s discos; occasional comedy; films. Fortnightly [PARA]newsletter, termly mag; 2 libraries (35,000) 100 computers; [PARA]chapel with famous organ. Sports fields (15 acres shared with [ULNE][PARA]Queen's[EULNE]) 3/4 mile; some sports on site; success at rugby, [PARA]basketball.
