Raves are also big in the docks area and Albany Road, St Paul's.[EITAL][PARA][BOLD]Music venues:[EBOLD] Many pubs have live music (notably the Fleece and Firkin and Bristol Bridge Inn for pop and rock, and the Old Duke for jazz). [EITAL]The Winston Theatre and the Lady Windsor Studio are both run by the Union; the drama department uses the Glynn Wickham Studio (Cantocks Close); and the Victoria Rooms (700) are used for large scale productions. The larger Anson Room (900) and occasionally the Epi are also used.[PARA][BOLD]Music venues:[EBOLD] The Anson Room is the largest music venue, attracting some big names[ITAL]. The Union Restaurant dishes out an [ITAL]unimaginative [EITAL]lunchtime selection (including [ITAL]repetitive [EITAL]veggie grub). Winston's Snack Bar provides... well, snacks. [ITAL]It's OK.[EITAL] There's many a local munch house providing food for thought and an unheavenly host of fast food fall-outs, open to 3am in some areas. It is claimed that Bristol has more restaurants per head than any other English city.
