  3. Do not run this software until you have read and accepted the terms of
  4. this licence. Use of thissoftware will be deemed to be your acceptance

  8. You may use the one copy of the software contained in this package on
  9. one computer only.

  13. part of this product, the sole exception being that you may make one

  15.   You may not sell or transfer nor rent, lease or hire the software to

  20. registered as a professional user by ticking the relevant box on the
  21. registration card and returning the completed card to Europress Software

  25. Warranty:
  26. The software will operate substantially in accordance with the
  27. description within this manual. In the event that you discover a
  28. material error which substantially affects your use of the software
  29. within 90 days from the date you purchased the software, Europress
  30. Software Limited shall at its sole option either replace the software
  31. (or otherwise correct such errors), or shall refund the purchase price.
  32. This warranty does not apply where such error has been caused by any
  33. change made to the software not carried out by Europress Software Limited,
  34. or caused by incorrect use, abuse or corruption of the software or by use
  35. of the software with other software or on equipment with which it is
  36. incompatible.

  38. Limitation to Europress Software Limiteds Liability:
  39. (a) Europress Software Limited shall not be liable for any loss or
  40. damage whatsoever or howsoever caused arising in connection with the
  41. software or its use except to the extent that such liability may not be
  42. lawfully excluded, and notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing
  43. expressly excludes liability for indirect, special, incidental or
  44. consequential loss or damage which may arise in respect of the software
  45. or its use.
  46. (b) In the event that any exclusion or other provision in this licence
  47. shall be held to be invalid for any reason and the licensor becomes
  48. liable for loss or damage that could otherwise have been lawfully
  49. limited, such liability shall be limited to the price paid for the
  50. software.
  51. (c) Europress Software Limited does not exclude liability for death or
  52. personal injury to the extent
  53. only that the same arises as a result of the negligence of the licensor,
  54. its employees, agents or
  55. authorised representatives.
