  3. Tippy introduces ListTips to Windows 95.
  4. ListTips are similar to ToolTips, but they
  5. appear whenever the mouse is on a list item
  6. in Report View and the column is not wide
  7. enough to display the full text. ListTips
  8. also appear on Tree Views if the item text
  9. is not fully visible.
  10. After Tippy is installed, this feature is
  11. automatically available to all 32-bit-apps
  12. that use the Windows 95 common control UI,
  13. e.g. Explorer, Backup and more.
