  1. LICENSE AND DISCLAIMER

  3. You are licensed to install and use ToggleTRAYTOOLS 
  4. for a period of thirty (30) days after which you are
  5. required to purchase a copy of ToggleTRAYTOOLS or 
  6. cease to use the product.
  7.  
  8. Individuals may copy and distribute the unregistered 
  9. version freely under the following conditions:
  10. 1) No modifications are to be made to 
  11.    ToggleTRAYTOOLS or the accompanying 
  12.    documentation including this file.
  13. 2) All files in the original distribution 
  14.    package must be transmitted together.
  15. 3) No fee whatsoever may charged for the use
  16.    or distribution of ToggleTRAYTOOLS.
  17. 4) All recipients of copies of ToggleTRAYTOOLS 
  18.    are also bound by this license including the
  19.    evaluation period.
  20. 5) Distribution of the personal registration 
  21.    codes for ToggleTRAYTOOLS, in any form and 
  22.    through any medium, is prohibited without 
  23.    the explicit written permission of 
  24.    TOGGLE SOFTWARE INC.

  26. Shareware vendors or any other company wishing 
  27. to distribute ToggleTRAYTOOLS on diskettes, 
  28. CD-ROMS or any other medium MUST receive written
  29. permission from TOGGLE SOFTWARE INC. before 
  30. distribution.  It is specifically prohibited to 
  31. charge for copies of ToggleTRAYTOOLS software or 
  32. documentation be it through any medium 
  33. whatsoever without prior written permission 
  34. from TOGGLE SOFTWARE INC.  
  35.  
  36. Distribution without prior consent is considered 
  37. a violation of this license and will be pursued
  38. as a criminal offense.  
  39.  
  40. The one exception to this restriction is: 
  41. Shareware Vendors who are members of the 
  42. Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) 
  43. may distribute ToggleTRAYTOOLS without written 
  44. permission in accordance with ASP rules 
  45. and regulations. 
  46.  
  47. ToggleTRAYTOOLS is provided AS IS.
  48.  
  49. TOGGLE SOFTWARE INC. will in no way be 
  50. responsible, in financial or any other terms, 
  51. for damages (both consequential and incidental) 
  52. resulting from the use or misuse of 
  53. ToggleTRAYTOOLS.  
  54.  
  55. No warrantee as to fitness to a particular purpose 
  56. is given or implied.  
  57.  
  58. Because of the wide variety of hardware and 
  59. software combinations available today, it is 
  60. up to the user to ensure that ToggleTRAYTOOLS 
  61. functions well in his or her environment. 
  62.  
  63. The user must assume the entire risk of 
  64. using the product.
