  7. BY CLICKING THE ACCEPTANCE BUTTON OR INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ARE 
  8. CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT 
  9. AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, CLICK THE BUTTON THAT INDICATES YOU DO NOT 
  10. ACCEPT THE TERMS AND DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE. 
  11. THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

  14. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  15. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  16. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF 
  17. FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. THE USER MUST ASSUME 
  18. THE ENTIRE RISK OF RUNNING THE PROGRAM. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER 
  19. WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF 
  20. PURCHASE PRICE.

  22. The Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to Neocrypt ("the Software") 
  23. shall remain with Neocode Software ("the Author").  You agree to abide by the copyright law and 
  24. all other applicable laws of the United States including, but not limited to, export control laws.  
  25. You acknowledge that the Software in source code form remains a confidential trade secret 
  26. of the Author therefore you agree not to modify the Software or attempt to decipher, decompile,
  27. disassemble, create derivative works, or reverse engineer all or portions of the Software, except 
  28. to the extent applicable where laws specifically prohibit such restriction.

  30. GRANT OF LICENSE. 
  31. This LICENSE AGREEMENT grants you the following rights:
  32. a.  You are granted a nonexclusive and nontransferable personal
  33. license to download, install and use the Software in
  34. machine-readable, object code form only, together with accompanying
  35. user documentation. You may install the Software on a single computer to
  36. be used by a single user at any one time.  You are not authorized to use 
  37. the Software concurrently on two or more computers or in a networked environment
  38. without separate authorization from the Author and the payment of
  39. applicable license fees.
  40. b. You may freely distribute the Software only in unaltered, unregistered 
  41. copies of the archive containing the Software and all associated files.

  43. EXPORT RESTRICTION.
  44. IN ACCORDANCE WITH U.S. RESTRICTION ON THE EXPORT OF SOFTWARE CONTAINING ENCRYPTION CAPABILITIES,
  45. THIS SOFTWARE CAN ONLY BE USED OR LICENSED BY PERMANENT RESIDENTS OR CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OR 
  46. CANADA.
  47. You agree that you do not intend to or will, directly or indirectly, export
  48. or transmit the Software to any country to which such export
  49. or transmission is restricted by any applicable U.S. regulation or statute.
