  1. LICENSE AND DISCLAIMER

  3. You are licensed to install and use ToggleMOUSE 
  4. for a period of thirty (30) days after which you 
  5. are required to purchase a copy of ToggleMOUSE or 
  6. cease to use the product.
  7.  
  8. Individuals may copy and distribute the unregistered 
  9. version freely under the following conditions:
  10. 1) No modifications are to be made to ToggleMOUSE or 
  11.    the accompanying documentation including this file.
  12. 2) All files in the original distribution package must 
  13.    be transmitted together.
  14. 3) No fee whatsoever may charged for the use or 
  15.    distribution of ToggleMOUSE.
  16. 4) All recipients of copies of ToggleMOUSE are also 
  17.    bound by this license including the evaluation period.
  18. 5) Distribution of the personal registration codes for
  19.    ToggleMOUSE, in any form and through and medium,
  20.    is prohibited without the explicit written
  21.    permission of TOGGLE SOFTWARE INC.

  23. Shareware vendors or any other company wishing 
  24. to distribute ToggleMOUSE on diskettes, CD-ROMS 
  25. or any other medium MUST receive written 
  26. permission from TOGGLE SOFTWARE INC. before 
  27. distribution.  It is specifically prohibited to 
  28. charge for copies of ToggleMOUSE software or 
  29. documentation be it through any medium 
  30. whatsoever without prior written permission 
  31. from TOGGLE SOFTWARE INC.  
  32.  
  33. Distribution without prior consent is considered 
  34. a violation of this license and will be pursued
  35. as a criminal offense.  
  36.  
  37. The one exception to this restriction is: 
  38. Shareware Vendors who are members of the 
  39. Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) 
  40. may distribute ToggleMOUSE without written 
  41. permission in accordance with ASP rules 
  42. and regulations. 
  43.  
  44. ToggleMOUSE is provided AS IS.
  45.  
  46. TOGGLE SOFTWARE INC. will in no way be responsible, 
  47. in financial or any other terms, for damages 
  48. (both consequential and incidental) resulting 
  49. from the use or misuse of ToggleMOUSE.  
  50.  
  51. No warrantee as to fitness to a particular purpose 
  52. is given or implied.  
  53.  
  54. Because of the wide variety of hardware and 
  55. software combinations available today, it is 
  56. up to the user to ensure that ToggleMOUSE 
  57. functions well in his or her environment. 
  58.  
  59. The user must assume the entire risk of using the product.
