  3. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT SOFTWARE
  4.  
  5. IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This Microsoft End-User License 
  6. Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either 
  7. an individual or a single entity) and Microsoft Corporation 
  8. for the Microsoft software accompanying this EULA, which 
  9. includes computer software and may include associated media, 
  10. printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation 
  11. ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE").  By exercising your 
  12. rights to make and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you 
  13. agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.  If you do not 
  14. agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the 
  15. SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  17. Software PRODUCT LICENSE
  18.  
  19. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and 
  20. international copyright treaties, as well as other 
  21. intellectual property laws and treaties.  The SOFTWARE 
  22. PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.  
  23.  
  24. 1.  GRANT OF LICENSE.  This EULA grants you the following 
  25. rights: Installation and Use.  You may install and use a 
  26. copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  Reproduction and 
  27. Distribution.  You may reproduce and distribute copies of 
  28. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided that a) each copy shall be a 
  29. true and complete copy, including all copyright and 
  30. trademark notices; b) each copy shall be accompanied by a 
  31. copy of this EULA; and c) such distribution shall not be for 
  32. commercial purposes.

  34. 2.  DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.  
  35.     - Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, 
  36.       and Disassembly.  You may not reverse engineer, 
  37.       decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, 
  38.       except and only to the extent that such activity is 
  39.       expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding 
  40.       this limitation.

  42.     - Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is 
  43.       licensed as a single product. Its component parts may 
  44.       not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  45.  
  46.     - Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all 
  47.       of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient 
  48.       agrees to the terms of this EULA.
  49.  
  50.     - Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, 
  51.       Microsoft may terminate this EULA if you fail to 
  52.       comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In 
  53.       such event, you must destroy all  copies of the 
  54.       SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

  56. 3.  COPYRIGHT.  All title and copyrights in and to the 
  57. SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, 
  58. photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and 
  59. "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the 
  60. accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the 
  61. SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Microsoft or its suppliers.  
  62. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and 
  63. international treaty provisions.  Therefore, you must treat 
  64. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material.  
  65.  
  66. 4.  U.S.  GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.  The SOFTWARE 
  67. PRODUCT and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED 
  68. RIGHTS.  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government 
  69. is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph 
  70. (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer 
  71. Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs 
  72. (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer 
  73. Software-Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as 
  74. applicable.  Manufacturer is Microsoft Corporation/One 
  75. Microsoft Way/Redmond, WA 98052-6399.

  77. LIMITED WARRANTY 
  78.  
  79. NO WARRANTIES.  Microsoft expressly disclaims any warranty 
  80. for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any 
  81. related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty 
  82. of any kind, either express or implied, including, without 
  83. limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, 
  84. fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.  The 
  85. entire risk arising out of use or performance of the 
  86. SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

  88. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event shall 
  89. Microsoft or its suppliers be liable for any damages 
  90. whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss 
  91. of business profits, business interruption, loss of business 
  92. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the 
  93. use of or inability to use this Microsoft product, even if 
  94. Microsoft has been advised of the possibility of such 
  95. damages.  Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the 
  96. exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or 
  97. incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to 
  98. you.  miscellaneous

  100. If you acquired this product in the United States, this EULA 
  101. is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.  
  102.  
  103. If this product was acquired outside the United States, then 
  104. local laws may apply.
