  14. before using this software.  Your use of this software
  15. indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  21. One registered copy of Aide Onlinometer may either be used by a
  22. single person who uses the software personally on one or more
  23. computers, or installed on a single workstation used
  24. nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

  26. You may access the registered version of Aide Onlinometer through
  27. a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for
  28. the software covering all workstations that will access the software
  29. through the network.  For instance, if 16 different workstations
  30. will access Aide Onlinometer on the network, each workstation must
  31. have its own Aide Onlinometer license, regardless of whether they
  32. use Aide Onlinometer at different times or concurrently.

  38. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND

  46. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.

  59. without charge for a period of 30 days.  If you use this software
  60. after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee of $19 is
  61. required.  We can receive orders 10am - 8pm, Monday thru Saturday
  62. on our 800 number and 24 hours via fax, Email, and our *Secure*

  66. period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  73. Version (select About from the Aide Onlinometer Help menu to check)
  74. you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware
  75. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact
  76. copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute
  77. the Shareware version of the software and documentation in its
  78. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  79. of the above.
