LICENSE AGREEMENT
CyberSky is not free software. You are licensed to evaluate the shareware version of CyberSky for a period of 30 days after your initial use. Continued use after your 30-day evaluation period requires that you purchase the registered version of the software.
Use of the shareware version after your 30-day evaluation period, or for any purpose other than evaluation, is in violation of US and international copyright laws and deprives the developer of the software of income he has earned through hard work.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

CYBERSKY IS SUPPLIED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STEPHEN MICHAEL SCHIMPF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. STEPHEN MICHAEL SCHIMPF'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
