  29.  ABC 95  is a control panel applet that you use to manage fonts in 
  30.  Windows 95. It's a more comfortable replacement for the built in 
  31.  "Fonts" Shortcut, found in Windows 95 Control Panel. 
  32.  The Windows 95 built in "Fonts" Shortcut will not be removed and 
  33.  can still be used if desired.

  45.  A single user license of ABC 95 is USD 12.00 or SFr (Swiss Francs) 15.00.

  75.  ABC 95 requires Windows 95. 
  76.  
  77.  It will not run under Windows 3.1, Windows for Workgroups 3.11 or 
  78.  any version of  Windows NT. The attempt to start ABC 95 in any 
  79.  operating system other than Windows 95 will result in immediate 
  80.  program termination during initialization of ABC 95.

  88.  To install from ABC95.ZIP follow these steps:

  90.  1. Unpack all files from the ZIP file into a temporary directory.
  91.  2. Locate the SETUP.EXE file in the Explorer.
  92.  3. Double click on the SETUP.EXE icon to start the installation.

  94.  The Setup program will prompt you for the required information.

  99.  To install ABC 95 from a floppy disk follow these steps:

  101.  1. Insert the installation disk into the desired drive.
  102.  2. Locate the SETUP.EXE file in the Explorer.
  103.  3. Double click on the SETUP.EXE icon to start the installation.

  105.  The Setup program will prompt you for the required information.

  108.  5. Control Panel Icon

  111.  ABC 95's setup program will automatically add an icon to the Control Panel.

  113.  ABC 95 can also be started by simply launching the ABC95APP.EXE in the
  114.  install directory.

  116.  To remove the icon from Control Panel simply remove the line

  141.  7. Uninstall ABC 95
  142.  -------------------

  144.  To uninstall ABC 95 follow these steps:
  145.  
  146.  1. Open Control Panel.
  147.  2. Double click the "Add/Remove Programs" Icon.
  148.  3. From the list of programs that can automatically be removed, select
  149.     "ABC 95 Font Manager".
  150.  4. Click the "Add/Remove..." button and follow the instructions.
  151.

  153.  8. Known problems
  154.  -----------------
  155.  
  156.  Sorry, but there's no perfect Software (believe me).
  157.  
  158.  - Some fonts may not be removable from ABC 95. This is due to the 
  159.    fact, that they are improperly installed by the setup program of 
  160.    certain applications.
  161.    To remove such a font, use the Windows 95 "Fonts" Shortcut in 
  162.    Control Panel which can remove every font.
  163.  
  164.  - ABC 95 is not (yet) able to restore a removed font from the 
  165.    Recycle Bin.
  166.    To restore a font from the Recycle Bin, follow these steps:
  167.  
  168.    1. Open the Recycle Bin.
  169.    2. Select the font to be restored.
  170.    3. From the "File" menu select "Restore".
  171.    4. Double click the "Font" Shortcut in Control Panel. 
  172.  
  173.    The font will automatically be reinstalled by Windows 95.
