  30. INSTALLING CLOCKMAN95
  31. ====================
  32. Installing ClockMan95 is simple:
  33.  
  34. 1) Run SETUP.EXE from within Windows.  Setup will let you
  35.    choose the destination directory and which parts of the
  36.    ClockMan95 package you wish to install (program files
  37.    only, .HLP file, updated CLOCKMAN.INI file, etc.).
  38.  
  39. 2) Run CLOCKMAN.EXE.  It comes with an alarm file already
  40.    filled with sample alarms for you to try.
  41.  
  42. 3) Choose Help from the System menu to read our comprehen-
  43.    sive online manual.

  139. ClockMan95 is not and has never been public domain software,
  140. nor is it free software.  ClockMan95 is copyrighted by
  141. Graphical Dynamics, Inc.

  143. You are granted a limited license to use ClockMan95 on a
  144. 30-day trial basis for the purpose of determining whether
  145. ClockMan95 is suitable for your needs.  After this initial
  146. 30-day trial license expires, you must register the program
  147. to continue using it.  The use of unlicensed copies of
  148. ClockMan95 by any person, business, corporation, government
  149. agency or any other entity beyond the trial period is 
  150. strictly prohibited.

  152. A single user license permits a user to use ClockMan95 only
  153. on a single computer at a time.
  154.  
  155. No one may modify or patch the ClockMan95 executable filesn
  156. in any way, including but not limited to decompiling, disas-
  157. sembling, changing the icon or string resources, or
  158. otherwise reverse engineering the program.

  160. A limited license is granted to copy and distribute
  161. ClockMan95 only for the trial use of others, subject to the
  162. above limitations, and also the following:

  164. 1) ClockMan95 must be copied in unmodified form, complete
  165.    with the file containing this license information.

  167. 2) The full machine-readable ClockMan95 documentation must
  168.    be included with each copy.

  171.    any other product without a specific license to do so

  197. Graphical Dynamics guarantees your satisfaction with this
  198. product for a period of 90 days from the date of original
  199. purchase.  If you are unsatisfied with the product within
  200. that time period, return the package in saleable condition
  201. to the place of purchase for a full refund.  Graphical
  202. Dynamics warrants that all disks provided are free from
  203. defects in material and workmanship, assuming normal use,
  204. for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

  206. Graphical Dynamics warrants that the program will perform
  207. in substantial compliance with the documentation supplied
  208. with the software product.  If a significant defect in the
  209. product is found, you may return the product for a refund.
  210. In no event will such a refund exceed the purchase price of
  211. the product.

  213. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, GRAPHICAL DYNAMICS DISCLAIMS ALL
