  3. INTERNATIONAL MORSE CODE PROCESSOR v3.1. Win 3.1 & Win 95 compatible. Translates 
  4. program-generated/user-defined text and text files to Morse code. Excellent for learning and
  5. maintaining one's Morse code skills. Comprehensive help facility. Main menu and popup menu 
  6. implemented. Fully customizable from the Options menu. Sound card not required. Requires 688K

  9. INSTALLATION
  10. ------------
  11. IMCP has no special setup or configuration. Simply unzip the file, copy the files into a 
  12. subdirectory of your choice, except for the files HITIME1.VBX and BIVBX11.DLL, which should be 
  13. copied into the WINDOWS\SYSTEM subdirectory, and set up a Program Group or simply add the IMCP
  14. icon (earth.ico) to an existing Program Group.

  16. Once installed, to quickly see how the program works,
  17.  
  18.    o  Execute file IMCPW.EXE.
  19.    o  Click on title screen or wait 8 seconds.
  20.    o  From main menu, select File|New.
  21.    o  From main menu, select Translate|Text.
