  35. When Soundtrack Express Preview is run for the first time, it 
  36. gives you the option of running Sound Device Auto-Configure 
  37. before continuing. It is strongly recommended that you run this 
  38. test in order to eliminate any possible sound problems which 
  39. may occur.

  41. Sound Device Auto-Configure is comprised of a series of
  42. procedures which determine what sound device configuration is
  43. best suited for use with your system. You can run these
  44. diagnostics at any time by clicking on the 'Sound Device
  45. Auto-Configure...' button in the Soundtrack Express Preview 
  46. Global Options dialog. This test gives you a quick and easy way 
  47. to configure your sound device for use with Soundtrack Express 
  48. Preview.

  50. If you change your system configuration in a way which may
  51. affect Soundtrack Express Preview, the program detects this and 
  52. runs Sound Device Auto-Configure again, automatically.
