  5.      All important documentation dealing with the actual use
  6. of Cyber  Chopper  is  contained  within  the  game  itself.
  7. Simply choose "Information" from the Main Menu.
  8.      
  9.      NOTE:   All menu  selections are  made with  player 1's
  10. control device,  which is  by default  the keyboard.  So, to
  11. use the  menus, you  must use  the arrow  keys and  the fire
  12. (CTRL) key.   If  you change player 1's key assignments, you
  13. must use  the new keys.  Similarly, if player 1's control is
  14. changed to  joystick or  mouse, that  device must be used in
  15. the menus.
  16.      
  17.      You may  be wondering  why this game is 3rd in a series
  18. when you've probably never seen versions 1 and 2.  Operation
  19. Vulture 1  and 2  were made  in April, 1992, based on a good
  20. concept, but  a bad  programming language,  as well as a bad
  21. programming style.    Once  we  figured  out  what  we  were
  22. supposed to  be doing  the whole  time, we  decided to  give
  23. another try  to Operation  Vulture, and Cyber Chopper is the
  24. result.
  25.      Please don't ask for Operation Vulture 1 or 2, as we're
  26. not especially  proud  of  them.    Their  quality  is  zero
  27. compared to  Cyber Chopper,  and they  represent a past we'd
  28. really rather  forget.   Thank you, and remember to look for
  29. us in the future.

  33.       Users  of Cyber Chopper must accept this disclaimer of
  34. warranty: "Cyber  Chopper is  supplied as  is.   The  author
  35. disclaims all  warranties, expressed  or implied, including,
  36. without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of
  37. fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for
  38. damages, direct  or consequential, which may result from the
  39. use of Cyber Chopper."

  41.       Cyber Chopper is a "shareware program" and is provided
  42. at no charge to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share
  43. it with your friends, but please do not give it away altered
  44. or as  part of  another system.   If  you find  this program
  45. useful and  find  that  you  are  using  Cyber  Chopper  and
  46. continue to  use Cyber  Chopper  after  a  reasonable  trial
  47. period of  thirty days, you must make a registration payment
  48. of $15  to H/M  Software.   The $15  registration  fee  will
  49. license one  copy for  use on  any one  computer at  any one
  50. time.

  52.       You  are encouraged  to pass  a copy  of Cyber Chopper
  53. along to your friends for evaluation.  Please encourage them
  54. to register  their copy  if they  find that they can use it.
