GRANT OF LICENSE: The images and software on the supplied disks are copyrighted by the artist(s) and/or Second Nature Software. You may use the software and images on any computer and you may copy it onto a network as long as the number of people using the software and images does not exceed the number of packages purchased. You may (and are encouraged to) copy the supplied disk only to make a backup copy. You may transfer your original disk containing the software and images to another person provided that you destroy all copies in your possession at the time of transfer. You may not upload this software or images to a bulletin board system or distribute it commercially or otherwise, without prior written permission from Second Nature Software. Periodically some of the images in a collection may change as we receive new artwork from the artist(s).

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SECOND NATURE SOFTWARE, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL LIMITED WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
