  3. Using third party software to install ERS 9x.

  5. Opened applications such as monitoring software.

  7. Opened Internet Explorer and ERS 9x.

  9. Too many temp files in the Windows\Temp folder.
  10.  
  11. Installing ERS 9x in the Windows directory.
  12.  
  13. Please don't install ERS 9x in the same directory
  14. as ERS, ERS32, ERS32pro, ERS98 or ERS ME.
  15.  
  16. Note: Install ERS 9x in the drive you would like
  17. backups to be saved in.
  18. ERS 9x have to be installed in a directory.
  19.  
  20. Note: Don't use third party software to uninstall
  21. ERS 9x, use Remove.exe found in the ERS9x directory
  22. to remove ERS 9x.
