  13. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  14. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  15. agreement signed by High Mountain Software, then your use of this
  16. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
  17. warranty.

  19. One registered copy of SpamEater Pro may be used by a single
  20. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers.
  21. If POP3 profiles are setup in SpamEater Pro for more than one
  22. person, a separate license is required for each person. 
  23. For evaluation purposes, unlicensed copies of the Pro version may
  24. be used for a period not to exceed 30 days from the initial
  25. installation. See below for more information on evaluations.

  29. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  30. Colorado.

  32. Disclaimer of Warranty

  34. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  35. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  36. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the
  37. various hardware and software environments into which SpamEater
  38. Pro may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE 
  39. IS OFFERED.

  41. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  42. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  43. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  44. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  45. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  51. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  52. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  53. without charge for a period of 30 days.  If you use this software
  54. after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee of $24.95
  55. is required. Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, 
  56. and should be sent to High Mountain Software, P.O. Box 591,
  57. Pine, CO 80470-0591.

  59. Credit card ordering is available. You can email your registration
  60. using the Register.Exe program, or by access the Kagi registration
  61. site on the World Wide Web. Please see the SpamEater Help file
  62. for more details on these and other registration options. This
  63. information is also available at http://www.hms.com.

  65. When payment is received you will be sent a registered key for the
  66. latest version of SpamEater Pro, and will be entitled to free
  67. upgrades to all minor releases. Major releases (e.g. 2.x to 3.x)
  68. may require a small upgrade fee.

  70. Distribution

  72. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation
  73. version (select About from the SpamEater Help menu to check) you are
  74. hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of
  75. this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of
  76. the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the
  77. evaluation version of the software and documentation in its
  78. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  79. of the above, and other than media and distribution costs, you may
  80. not charge the end user for SpamEater Pro.

  82. Under no circumstances are you authorized to, in any form, 
  83. distribute a registered key for SpamEater Pro.

  85. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  86. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  87. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  88. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
