  1. 使用ライセンス許諾契約書

  3. 株式会社インターナル(以下甲)とソフトウェア製品を現在インストールされようと
  4. しているお客様(以下乙)は、乙がこのソフトウェアのインストールを行った時点で
  5. 、本製品の使用に関する以下の条項に合意したものとします。

  7. 第1条 使用権
  8. 甲は本製品の非独占的使用権を乙に許諾します。本製品を異なるコンピュータ間
  9. で共有したり、同時に使用することはできません。この使用権は乙が使用する単一
  10. のコンピューターシステムにおいて、乙自身が本製品を使用する場合に限り有効
  11. です。

  13. 第2条 製品の引き渡し
  14. 製品はHTTP/FTPサーバーから乙がダウンロードするものとします。この際のサーバー
  15. 側のコストは甲が負担するものとします。また、乙が申し出た場合は、乙の負担によ
  16. り甲がCDR等のメディアに記録して乙に送付するものとします。

  18. 第3条 賠償請求
  19. 乙の悪質な改造、不正利用などの、ソフトウェア使用者の故意により甲に損害を与え
  20. 、甲から損害賠償の請求があった場合は、これによって生じた当該損害を賠償するも
  21. のとし、その額は製品版のライセンス価格に配布本数を乗じて算出するものとします。

  23. 第4条 動作の保証
  24. 甲は、本ソフトウェア製品の使用または使用不能から生じる一切の損害に関して一切
  25. 責任を負いません。たとえ、甲がこのような損害の可能性について知らされていた場
  26. 合でも同様です。
  27.  
  28. 第5条 禁止条項
  29. 一切のリバースエンジニアリングおよびバックアップ以外の目的での複製の作成を禁
  30. 止します。

  32. 第6条 期間
  33. 乙が本契約の条項のいずれかに違反した場合、本契約は自動的に終了するものとし、
  34. 製品の購入代金は返還しません。
  35.  
  36. 第7条 サポートサービス
  37. 甲はインストールに関するサポートサービスを、契約が発効してから12ヶ月間、5
  38. インシデントまで乙に対して提供します。但し、本製品が試用版およびフリーウェア
  39. の場合は除きます。

  51. 303tek does not take any responsibility for any damege what this 
  52. software may occur.We do not warrant this software meets your require-
  53. ment.

  55. 3. Restrictions  
  56. Any reverse engineering and reproduction is prohibited.

  58. 4. Termination
  59. The license will terminate immediately without notice from us 
  60. when you fail to comply with any provision of this license.

  62. 5. Copyright
  63. The software and all copyrights related to this software is owned
  64. by 303tek or its licensors and are protected by Japanese copyright law
  65. and international treaties.

  67. 6. Technical Support 
  68. Technical support service is provided via emali up to 5 incidents 
  69. for 12 months from the purchase date.
