  22.     -   The TBAV-for-Windows version has been improved significantly.

  28. TBAV:
  29.     -   TBAV-for-Windows introduces the .SCN files. These are user
  30.         configurable files which contain lists of paths you frequently
  31.         want to scan. Currently the Windows installation program generates
  32.         automatically a few of these files, like a Local.Scn (all local
  33.         drives), Network.Scn (all network drives), Drive_A.Scn (drive
  34.         A:), etc. depending on your configuration. Since these files are
  35.         fully configurable, the DOS TBAV menu will present them in the
  36.         path menu when you want to scan. If there are no .SCN files,
  37.         TBAV will present the old-style path menu with predefined
  38.         non-configurable selections.

  40.         Note than you can also create .SCN files 'manually', just create
  41.         a DOS ASCII file which contains all drives or paths on separate
  42.         lines. The format of these files is the same as the original
  43.         TbScan 'path list' files.

  45.         Note that you can also specify the .SCN files on the command line
  46.         of TbScan by preceding them with the '@' character.

  49. TbScan:
  50.     -   Solved a few bugs, eliminated a few heuristic false positives.

  52.     -   TbScan now checks how long you have been using TBAV without
  53.         registering. If this time period is too long, TbScan will warn
  54.         you about that. If you want to re-evaluate a newer version of
  55.         TBAV, without receiving the warning, you can reset the time
  56.         counter by removing TBAV ENTIRELY (including items like all
  57.         Anti-Vir.Dat files) from your system, and performing a new
  58.         initial installation.
