  54. 1.    GRANT OF LICENSE.  Roger Robertson grants to you the right to use
  55.     this Program ("Software") provided that (i) the Software is not 
  56.     distributed or copied; (ii) the Software may NOT be modified;
  57.     (iii) all copyright notices are maintained on the Software; and 
  58.     (iv) the licensee/end user agrees to be bound by the terms of
  59.     this Agreement.
  60. 2.    COPYRIGHT.  The Software is owned by Roger Robertson and is 
  61.     protected by United States copyright laws and international 
  62.     treaty provisions. You may not remove the copyright notice from
  63.     any copy of the Software or any copy of the written materials,
  64.     if any, accompanying the Software.
  65. 3.    OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  This Roger Robertson License Agreement is 
  66.     your proof of license to exercise the rights granted  herein and 
  67.     must be retained by you.  You may not rent or lease the Software. 
  68.     You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the 
  69.     Software.

  71. NO WARRANTY.  ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.  
  72. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE ONLY WITH  MICROSOFT WINDOWS 3.XX AND
  73. RELATED SOFTWARE.  THE  SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE "AS IS" WITHOUT 
  74. WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,  
  75. ROGER ROBERTSON AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, 
  76. EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,  WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED 
  77. WARRANTIES OF  MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 
  78. ROGER ROBERTSON IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY UPDATES TO THE SOFTWARE.

  81. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall Roger Robertson
  82. or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without
  83. limitation, incidental, direct, indirect special and consequential damages,
  84. damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of 
  85. business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or 
  86. inability to use this Roger Robertson product, even if Roger Robertson has 
  87. been advised of the possibility of such damages.  Because some states/ 
  88. countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for 
  89. consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply 
  90. to you.

  92. INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU.  If you distribute the Software in violation of 
  93. this Agreement, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Roger 
  94. Robertson and its suppliers from and against any claims or lawsuits, 
  95. including attorney's fees that arise or result from the use or 
  96. distribution of the Software in violation of this Agreement.

  98. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS
  99. The Software and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS.  
  100. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to 
  101. restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights 
  102. in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 
  103. or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-
  104. Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.  Manufacturer
