- An important feature of this program is the ease with which it can be
- configured to suit any user. Customise the program thus:

- 1 Sound
- Press <1> to choose from the following: ALL (all available sound),
- FX ONLY (sound effects/speech only), MUSIC ONLY (music only), and
- NONE (no sound at all).

- 2 Questions on
- Allows you to determine which types of questions the program
- will ask. Repeatedly press <2> to cycle through options available.

- 3 Question difficulty
- Allows you to decide the general level of difficulty of questions the
- program will ask. Repeatedly press <3> to cycle through options.

- 4 Table to practise
- Allows you to determine which multiplication table is to be practised.
- Type a number between 1 and 12, then press <Enter>. NB: this setting
- will only have an effect if 'Questions on' is set to 'Tables'.

- 5 Table maximum
- Allows you to determine the maximum multiplier for the table selected
- at <4>. Type a number between 1 and 12, then press <Enter>. NB: this
- setting will only have an effect if 'Questions on' is set to 'Tables'.

- 6 Time allowed
- Sets how long the student has to complete each set of questions.

- 7 Record results
- Determines whether or not the student's results will be recorded.

- Determines whether or not the access instructions on the Control
- Screen are displayed.

- Select your printer. If it is not listed, set it up to emulate one
- which is.

- V View results
- Details of the last ten sets of recorded results can be viewed and
- printed from here. For further help on 'View results', press <V> at
- the Parent/Teacher Section, then press <F1>.

- S Save new defaults
- Press <S> to save current settings as new defaults.
