  38.     Whoop  it  Up!  (tm)  must be distributed in unmodified, complete form,
  39.     including this license agreement, and may not  be  sold  except  for  a
  40.     nominal duplication fee not to exceed $6.00 per disk.

  42.     Whoop it Up!  (tm) may NOT be distributed in conjunction with any other
  43.     product,  HARDWARE  OR SOFTWARE without express written permission from
  44.     Starlite Software Co.

  46.     Starlite Software Co.  makes no warranty  of  any  kind,  expressed  or
  47.     implied,    including    without    limitation,   any   warranties   of
  48.     merchantability and/or fitness  for  a  particular  purpose.   Starlite
  49.     Software  Co.  shall  not  be  liable  for any damages, whether direct,
  50.     indirect, special or consequential  arising  from  a  failure  of  this
  51.     program  to  operate  in  the  manner  desired  by  the user.  Starlite
  52.     Software Co.  will not be liable for any damage  to  data  or  property
  53.     which may be caused directly or indirectly by use of the program.
