  1. Vox Studio, a Windows 3.1 software package,
  2. is a sound recording, conversion, and
  3. enhancing utility for Dialogic and other
  4. compatible voice processing systems.
  5. Vox Studio converts Multimedia files to
  6. Dialogic telephony formats (A-law PCM,
  7. M u-law PCM, ADPCM), linear PCM, and
  8. vice-versa. It can convert telephony files
  9. from one telephony format and sampling rate
  10. to another. No sound card is actually needed
  11. for file conversions unless you want to play the
  12. files.
  13.
