  3. This file contains our distribution policy and information on all products.
  4.  
  5. All products are protected under Italian and international law by 
  6. registered copyrights.  As a shareware distributor, you have permission 
  7. to distribute our shareware in its original electronic form as long as you:
  8.  
  9.  * identify it as shareware (with an appropriate definition)
  10.  
  11.  * leave all intellectual property (copyright) notices in place
  12.  
  13.  ..and as long as we do not request that you stop.
  14.  
  15. You may archive our programs, unarchive them, include them with other 
  16. programs on the same diskette, and do essentially anything you want
  17. as long as you follow these simple rules.
  18. We want the widest possible distribution, and don't want to stand in
  19. your way so long as you are honest with our mutual customer.

  21. Our normal distribution sequence is:

  23. +  New versions are offered to our registered users and are
  24.     automatically shipped to new registrants.
  25.  
  26. +  New versions are posted on most famous ftp-sites: cica, ecc.
  27.  
  28. +  Then, we send copies of major revisions of software to 
  29.    distributors who have notified us of their interest. If you are a
  30.    catalog house, send us a copy of the catalog in which the program
  31.     appears, together with a copy of the diskette(s) containing the
  32.    program(s) you wish to distribute; we will send you a copy of any
  33.    major updates to our software. If you run a bulletin board, send us
  34.    a diskette(s) containing the program(s) you wish to distribute, and
  35.    your mailing address, and we will update the diskette and mail it
  36.    back to you.  Since all program copies are serialized by to whom they
  37.    were originally sent, we are able to track registrations by vendor.
  38.    As long as we receive registrations containing your number for any
  39.     product, we will continue to provide you with updates for all
  40.    products.
