  1. CDPlayer for DOS
  2.  
  3. Setting up to run under DOS.
  4.  
  5.  
  6. CDPlayer will run under DOS 3.3 or later.  The following steps will add
  7. CDPlayer to your system.
  8.  
  9. 1       Unpack the contents of the ZIP file to a floppy disk or a scratch
  10.         directory on your hard disk.
  11.  
  12. 2       To run the routine, log onto the floppy drive in which you have
  13.         placed the issue disk, or the scratch directory, and type:
  14.  
  15.         INSTALL X
  16.  
  17.         where X is the drive on which CDPlayer is to be installed.
  18.  
  19. 3       To run CDPlayer, log onto the drive holding the program and type:
  20.  
  21.         CD \CDPLAYER    <return>
  22.         CDPLAYER        <return>
  23.  
  24.         The program will load and the Handset will be displayed.  See the
  25.         manual for full details.

  27. 4       To run CDTsr, log onto the drive holding the program and type:
  28.  
  29.         CD \CDPLAYER    <return>
  30.         CDTSR           <return>
  31.  
  32.         The program will load and the welcome screen will be displayed.  Press
  33.         <Alt><P> to pop up the handset.  See the manual for full details.

  37. Create a directory on your hard disk called CDPLAYER and copy CDPLAYER.EXE and
  38. CDTSR.EXE to it.  These are the only file required, all other files on the
  39. issue disk contain textual information and are not required for the operation
  40. of the program.
