  4. WaveRave 1.5 is the ultimate Multimedia .WAV player.  Finally, 
  5. you can have instant play of any .WAV sound file in the Windows 
  6. Multimedia environment.  Tired of loading a .WAV file and playing 
  7. it only to find that it is too big?  And are you tired of the 
  8. delay between loading, playing, and loading another .WAV file?  
  9. Now, you can have your entire collection of .WAV files saved in 
  10. any configuration.  Up to 144 individual .WAV files can be 
  11. assigned to their own buttons.  And they will play instantly when 
  12. you click on the button.  Each array of these buttons can be 
  13. saved in matrix configurations for instant access so that you can 
  14. have every sound file you own ready to play.

  16. WaveRave 1.5 is a multimedia sound tool which functions much like 
  17. a professional audio sound player or sampler.  Listening to large 
  18. numbers of multimedia sounds with conventional sound tools can be 
  19. a tedious task, but using the Westmarch team's breakthrough 
  20. technology, WaveRave 1.5, allows as many as 144 sound files to be 
  21. loaded simultaneously.  Playback is as instantaneous and simple 
  22. as a mouse click.

  24. WaveRave 1.5 plays files with names having an extension of .WAV.  
  25. These are called "Wave Files."  WaveRave 1.5 comes with many 
  26. features that make it more powerful than other Wave File players.  
  27. WaveRave 1.5 supports the RIFF file standard and allows the you 
  28. to view the extra information in Wave Files.  It also has an 
  29. intuitive user interface and allows you to play many Wave Files 
  30. in sequence for sound effects.  You can assign each sound to it's 
  31. own 'virtual' button on the screen.  Playback is accomplished 
  32. using a mouse to point and click the button.  Buttons can have a 
  33. color tag for instant recognition, and labels provide positive 
  34. identification of the sounds.  You can also create, load and 
  35. store groups of sounds.  Green and red LED's indicate which 
  36. button is selected and playing.  WaveRave 1.5 can create just a 
  37. few of these special buttons or fill the screen, at your option.

  154.   Evaluation Term

  156. You may use the WaveRave 1.5 Package for evaluation purposes for 
  157. a period not to exceed twenty (20) days.  If you continue using 
  158. all or any part of the WaveRave 1.5 Package after the twenty (20) 
  159. day evaluation period, you MUST pay Westmarch Development 
  160. Corporation the correct registration fee.

  162. If you do not Register the WaveRave 1.5 Package you MAY NOT use 
  163. it beyond the twenty (20) day evaluation period.  If you do so

  173. copy the WaveRave 1.5 Package for their own use, for evaluation 
  174. purposes, or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY when the

  179. The WaveRave 1.5 Package - including all related program files 
  180. and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way, by 
  181. addition or deletion, and must be distributed as a complete 
  182. package, without exception. No price or other compensation may be 
  183. charged for the WaveRave 1.5 Package.  A distribution fee may be 
  184. charged for the cost of the diskette, shipping and handling, as 
  185. long as the total (per disk) does not exceed US$8.00 in the US 
  186. and Canada, or US$12.00 internationally.

  190. This license expires after twenty (20) from your first 
  191. installation and use of the WaveRave 1.5 Package. If you violate 
  192. any provisions of this license, it is automatically terminated.

  194. twenty (20) day evaluation period is expired, you MUST delete all 
  195. of the WaveRave 1.5 Package files from your storage unit of each 
  196. and every machine on which you have it installed for running.

  243. New WaveRave 1.5 users can register for $25.  WaveRave 2.0 is a 
  244. $45 product.  Registered users of WaveRave 1.5 will be able to 
  245. upgrade for $10.  Upgrade from WaveRave 1.5 to WaveRave Pro is 
  246. also available. You may register WaveRave 1.5 by one of these 
  247. methods:

  250. 4932).  Someone is able to take your Visa or MasterCard only 
  251. between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM, Pacific Time, Monday through
