  6.        WavMaker is a Windows program which will generate audio 'wav'

  8.         files. The format can be stereo/mono, 8/16 bit, and 1 of 3 sample
  9.  
  10.         rates. The sound can be a sinewave or squarewave tone(s). 
  11.  
  12.     Set the parameters as desired and press 'Make File' button.
  13.  
  14.         To silence a channel set it to 0 Hz.
  15.

  17.        I made WavMaker as simple as possible, no bells or whistles.
