  19.      Software Products. You may feel free to make copies and pass
  20.      them to friends for their evaluation (you must pass all the
  21.      files described in the 'README.TXT' file with the VB Jr
  22.      program).  If you decide to use of this software, you are
  23.      expected to pay a registration fee. If you received this
  24.      software from a shareware vendor or computer club who charged
  25.      less than $10.00, you have only paid a DISTRIBUTION or 
  26.      HANDLING FEE to produce an EVALUATION disk of which NO 
  27.      PORTION goes to the author of the software.  Please send in 
  28.      your registration and receive the benefits described in this 
  29.      document, and to allow Millennium Software Products to

  153.                        VOICE BLASTER QUICK PLAY

  157.      Voice Blaster Quick Play is provided as a free bonus!

  159.      Voice Blaster Quick Play is a program written to receive an
  160.      optional passing parameter that is the filename you wish to
  161.      play.  If the filename is found, VB Quick play will run
  162.      minimized while playing the specified file.  After the file
  163.      is played, VB Quick Play automatically exits.  An excellent
  164.      program to use to add .WAV file support in your Windows
  165.      applications.  The calling Window will remain active while
  166.      the .WAV file is being played in the background in a
  167.      minimized window.  An example of playing a .WAV file from the
  168.      Program Manager is:

  236.      Phone support is given for a total connection time of at 
  237.      least 30 minutes, depending on the problem.  Support to 
  238.      registered users will be given for at least 90 days, maybe
  239.      more.  If a problem cannot be solved due to incompatabilites,
  240.      the registered user will have the option of returning his
  241.      registered materials for a full refund.

  286.      VB Jr is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge
  287.      to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your
  288.      friends, but please do not give it away altered or as part of
  289.      another system.  The essence of "user-supported" software is

  291.      without high prices, and yet to provide incentive for

  306.      copies of VB Jr within 30 days of first use or their license
  307.      is withdrawn.  Site-License arrangements may be made by

  310.      Shareware Vendors have permission to distribute VB Jr for a
  311.      fair distribution fee not to exceed $10.00.  You must make 
  312.      it clear in your catalogs and CD Rom Shareware disks that 
  313.      your products are shareware software, and that your charge
  314.      for distributing does not include registration to the 
  315.      authors.  Anyone distributing VB Jr must also notify 
  316.      Millennium Software Products in writing so that we can send
  317.      updates to you.
