  1.  QPlay Was designed by Jesse M. Burt using Microsoft's
  2.  QBasic for MS-DOS. It was programmed on a 12 MHz 286, so
  3.  screen updates and graphics redraws should be pretty speedy
  4.  if you have a 386 or higher! (One reason why it would be nice
  5.  for people to donate or register is so I can buy a nice
  6.  PCI 486, almost everyone I know has one but me!!! :[ )
