- Sonata in B minor, Op 58, F. Chopin.
-
- Frederik Chopin (1810-1849) wrote three sonatas. The first one
- in C minor is not a major work and hardly ever played. The 2nd sonata
- in B flat minor is famous for the Funeral March. The third sonata
- in B minor is very popular and performed often in concerts.
-
- This sonata is in four movements: Allegro moderato; Scherzo;
- Largo; and Presto (CHOPINS1-4.MID). It should be played on
- a Yamaha Clavinova or similar digital sampling piano with
- plenty reverb for best effect. I hope you enjoy the performance.
