  1. LICENSE AGREEMENT AND WARRANTY INFORMATION

  3. By using the software included with this agreement, you will indicate your 
  4. acceptance of the terms of this legal agreement between you, the end user 
  5. and Sprint Software. The software and accompanying items are provided to 
  6. you only upon the condition that you agree to the terms of this agreement. If 
  7. you do not agree to the terms of this agreement and do not want your act of 
  8. using the software to indicate your acceptance of the terms of this agreement, 
  9. promptly return this software to your dealer for a full refund.

  11. SOFTWARE LICENCE

  13. Sprint Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license 
  14. to use one copy of this software product for your personal use only. This 
  15. software is licensed for use on a single computer in a single location. The 
  16. software and its accompanying documentation are protected by United States 
  17. copyright laws and international treaties and may not copied. All rights not 
  18. expressly granted and reserved by Sprint Software.

  20. LIMITED 90 DAY WARRANTY

  22. Sprint Software warrants to the original purchaser of this software product 
  23. that, under normal use, the media upon which the software program is 
  24. recorded is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 
  25. ninety (90) days from the date if original purchase ("Warranty Period")
  26.  
  27. WARRANTY CLAIMS

  29. To make a warranty claim, please return the defective product, accompanied 
  30. by a dated proof of purchase, your name, your address, and a statement of  
  31. the defect to: Sprint Software Pty. Ltd. PO BOX 2157, Richmond, Victoria 
  32. 3121. Australia.

  34. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

  36. Sprint Software expressly disclaims any implied warranties with respect to the 
  37. media and software, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a 
  38. particular purpose. Any warranties implied by law are limited in duration to 
  39. the Warranty Period. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of 
  40. an implied warranty, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This 
  41. warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights 
  42. which vary from state to state.

  44. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

  46. Sprint Software shall not be liable in any case for incidental, consequential, 
  47. or other damages arising from any claim under this agreement, even if Sprint 
  48. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event 
  49. shall Sprint Software's liability exceed the purchase price of this product. 
  50. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or 
  51. consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to 
  52. you.

  54. END USER NOTICE

  56. Sprint Software shall not be liable to the end user for any loss of data, loss 
  57. profits, cost of substitute goods or other consequential, incidental, special, 
  58. punitive, or other damages of any kind arising out of the use of or inability to 
  59. use the software

  61. Sprint Software makes no warranties, express, implied or statutory, regarding 
  62. the software, including without limitation the implied warranties of 
  63. merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose, or any equivalent 
  64. warranties under the laws of any jurisdiction.

  66. EPILEPSY WARNING
  67.  
  68. A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures 
  69. when exposed to certain light patterns of flashing lights. Exposure to certain 
  70. patterns or backgrounds on a television screen/computer monitor or while 
  71. playing video games may induce an epileptic seizure in these individuals. 
  72. Certain conditions may induce undetected epilepsy. If you, or anyone in your 
  73. family, has an epileptic condition, consult your physician prior to playing. 
  74. If you experience any of the following symptoms while playing a video 
  75. game - dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of 
  76. awareness, disorientation, any involuntary movement or convulsions - 
  77. IMMEDIATELY discontinue use and consult your physician before 
  78. resuming playing.
