  17. I'm working on a progam where I'm going to capture and play sound via the 
  18. CS4231 chip (ADPCM format). Can somone give me an examplecode in Turbo Pascal 
  19. 7, or explain in words what to do? The actual problem I have is that the DMA 
  20. transfer do not start, and I don't know what I what's wrong.
