  52.  freedom.nmsu.edu:/pub/ultrasound/gravis/util/gusdk222.zip

  78. The last time I checked, the GUSDK only worked with 9.x versions of the
  79. Watcom compiler.  When compiled with the 10x series, it didn't work.
  80. I had to write my own library from the hardware specs in the manual.
