  18. - -->you'll be done. This is accomplished by puttin a 0 in the LBE bit of the
  19. - -->Loopback Control Register (I13). You also have the possibility of simply
  20. - -->attenuating this value with the other bits in the I13 register.

  22. - -->If i remember correctly, base address is for teh indirect registers (like
  23. - -->I13) for the first 5 bits while the 6th bit must be set. base +1 is for
  24. - -->the value. In the case of I13, the lsb is the enable/disable, second bit
  25. - -->is unused and the others are the attenuation, where 0= 0dB attenuation
  26. - -->and 63=94,5dB attenuation.

  28. I think if you use base address of the GUSMAX + 0 for the indirect address
  29. register and Base + 1 for the Data register it will work. I just finished 
  30. adding support for the GUSMAX in SNDSTATE V2.2. It's still in beta-testing,
  31. but the code seems to be stable now. This version allows you to change the 
  32. Loopback volume and enable bits through a 640x480x16 color mouse controlled
  33. GUI. If you interested in the program, please E-mail me personally.\
