  16.    Has anyone seen a port of the SDK to DJ Delorie's EXCELLENT DOS port
  17. of GNU C++?  Unfortunately, Gravis only included the source for the
  18. Borland compiled libs, with far pointers and the like.  Perhaps a flat
  19. memory model source library would be in order?
