-
- Hi All,
-
- Been a while since I was on the digest. I guess I have been dropped from the
- list a few times.
-
- We now have two CD-ROM's of Patches for the UltraSound: The Howling Dog
- Systems UltraSound Power Patch CD-ROM Volume 1 and The Pure Energy Howling Dog
- Systems UltraSound Power Patch CD-ROM Volume 2, which features patches by Pure
- Energy Entertainments in the UK.
-
- Holler if you want more info on these. They are $99.95 US each and have 40 Mb
- of sounds ready to go for your GUS.
-
- Watch for an intro package special on both CDs to celebrate the release of
- Volume 2.

- I had no success with switching melodic banks with CakeWalk Pro 3.0. It
- is possible, however, to switch drum banks with CakeWalk Pro 3.0.
- First, make sure you have a drum bank created already with Patch Manager
- or by editing the ultrasnd.ini yourself. Then, rather than using the
- BANK 'window' in the Tracks View, use the PATCH 'window'. If the channel
- is set to GS Drum Set, remember that Standard Bank is not Bank #1, but
- Bank #0, Power Drum Bank is #15 not #16 in GS Drum Set config.
