  28. You can get the daughterboard, i believe, directly from Gravis--at least 
  29. that's how i got mine.  Their number should be plastered all about your 
  30. GUS documentation.

  32. The daughterboard has worked fine for me--no glitches, and it seems to 
  33. improve the _output_ quality of the GUS as well as allow 16-bit sampling 
  34. (does the GUS use the 16-bit codec for D/A when it is installed?  
  35. anyone?).

  47. It's still Windows-based, but it's really really cheap:  the fully 
  48. functional shareware WinJammer.  Dunno where to find it, but it's a basic 
  49. track-based, piano-roll-editing sequencer for Windows.  Few frills, but i 
  50. produced my first industrial release using it alone . . . it gets the job 
  51. done.

  66.     Are there anyone using GUS (Max) and Cubase (sequencer for PC)? Does
  67. Cubase (any version) support patch cache? There are one little mention about
  68. Cubase and patch cache in FAQ, but I really like to have few comments from
  69. people who are actually using Cubase and GUS. Is patch cacheing in Cubase as 
  70. convenient as in Cakewalk Pro 3.0? Any comments appreciated (I'm planning to 
  71. buy a sequencer, maybe Cubase v.2.5, very soon...).

  105. I also have the same problem of the vanishing mouse cursor under 
  106. Windows For Workgroups 3.11, but with GUS S/W V3.59. The cursor 
  107. disappears immediately before the program manager window opens. 
  108. It only happens the first time I run windows after a 
  109. reboot, if I exit windows and restart windows again, the 
  110. cursor works normally. What is going on ?
