  20. I'm thinking of buying some piano (or keyboard) tutorial software (like the  
  21. Miracle piano teaching system, but without the hardware). I've heard that 
  22. there's stuff by Musicware and even Microsoft (and presumably others).

  24. I'd be grateful if GUS owners with any knowledge of this sort of software  
  25. could Email me with their experiences (or any other information), and I will  
  26. post a summary to the digest.

  50. I have tons of patches on my hard drive that i've made.  i'd like to be able
  51. to select them from inside a sequencer (using winjammer at the moment...)
  52. by their filenames or some other meaningful tagname that i give it.  then
  53. it will be easier to work inside the sequencer, since all the patch-change
  54. messages will show the name of the sound, rather than a number or generic
  55. midi name...which i find very difficult to work with.
