  11.   IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are upgrading from a previous version, to make

  18.         1 * At last! A decent audition keyboard that you can click on
  19.             with the mouse to listen to patches. However, you must
  20.             register to be able to use this feature! (See the help file
  21.             for details on registering.)
  22.                         - Single key/single click chord play
  23.                         - Chord recognition for external
  24.                           MIDI keyboard input
  25.                         - Digital display of which patch
  26.                           is currently loaded
  27.         2 * MIDI input device selection. Now you can choose a different
  28.             input device if you don't use your UltraSound card for
  29.             MIDI input. (Registered feature only.)
  30.         3 * Coloured instrument listbox entries, depending on the
  31.             instrument status. Green for Remapped, Blue for Gravis,
  32.             Gray for Undefined, and Red for instruments for which a
  33.             custom patch has been installed. (Mapped previously.)
  34.         4 * New File menu commands - Delete and Rename. (Together with
  35.             an option "Query On Delete" for whether or not to confirm
  36.             each delete operation - registered feature only though.)
  37.         5 * New Edit menu command for those of you who like to jam
  38.             away on your keyboard - Cache All Drum Patches. (Also,
  39.             now all MIDI output goes to channel 1 or 10.)
  40.         6 * "Previous Dir" button - return to the last directory after
  41.             having clicked "Zoom to Dir". (Registered feature only.)
  42.         7 * "Install Moves File" really MOVES the file where possible,
  43.             rather than just copy and delete.
  44.         8 * Smarter "Install" button for putting patches into instrument
  45.             directories.
  46.         9 * New tutorial section in the help file for those having
  47.             difficulties in understanding how PatchEZE works, or how to
  48.             use PatchEZE to manage custom patches.
  49.        10 * New /SG and /SC options in DIRSET, for switching to make
  50.             sure the MIDI directory holds either Gravis or Custom patches
  51.             respectively. Useful for in batch files. (DIRSET /SG before
  52.             using MegaEM/Emuset, for example.)

  55.   Bug fixes:
  56.   ----------
  57.         1 * PatchEZE now works with read only files properly. (It didn't
  58.             recognize them as patches before, and could cause problems
  59.             during installation. All we can say is... oops, sorry! :)
  60.         2 * BLANK.PAT now copied correctly in the MIDI directory when
  61.             defining new instruments, so Emuset should now work properly.
  62.         3 * Install/Map button graying problem fixed.
  63.         4 * Size static problem fixed.
