- ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 1. General Help ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
-
- UltiMOD looks and tries to work like your stereo. First of all you have to load
- a modfile or songlist.
-
- What all the items on the main window do:
-
- After you loaded a modfile, the name of the song is displayed on the title bar
- of the window. The filename and the type of music file are displayed in the
- groupbox.
-
- The entries 'Playing Pattern', 'Song Position' and 'Song Speed' are updated
- while the modfile is playing.
-
- Play button : Plays a modfile when one is loaded or loads and plays a modfile
- when you have just loaded or created a new songlist.
-
- Rewind button : When a modfile is playing this button activates the rewind
- procedure. Every second Rewind puts the song 3 positions back.
- Use the Stop button when you have reached the song position you
- want. After you've pressed the stop button, you can continue
- with the song using the Play button.
-
- Fast Forward : Works just like rewind, just that it puts the song 3 positions
- forward every second.
-
- Stop button : This button halts the song at its current position when one is
- playing. Pressing it a second time resets the song position to
- the beginning.
-
- Pause button : Pause the song. When pressed a second time the modfile continues
- where it left off.
-
- Volume Circular Slider : Set the volume to a value of your choice.
-
- Note: The volume level is saved in the file 'ultimod.ini' when
- you exit UltiMOD.
-
- Next Song button: When a songlist is loaded, this button skips the first song
- in the list. However, when a songlist is playing, this button
- stops the current song, loads and starts to play the next one.
-
- Previous Song button: Identical to the next song button, except that this one
- uses the previous song in the list.
-
- Note: When 'random play' is selected, there's no difference
- between the next and previous song buttons. Both randomly select
- a new song which hasn't been played before.
-
