  11.         The basic license agreement won't let you develop commercial
  12.         programs with DSMI. If you want to develop such programs
  13.         please contact the author for commercial licensing information.

  15.         Examples of typical commercial license prices:

  18.      1) A single commercial program using DSMI (a game, for example)
  19.  
  20.         Lets you develop a single product (game etc.) using the DSMI sound
  21.         interface. You will receive full technical support and free upgrades
  22.         until your project is finished.

  28.      2) A single shareware program using DSMI, not distributed via any
  29.         shareware distributing company (like Epic or Apogee)

  36.         a company that specializes in shareware distribution (Epic etc.)

  57.         interface we might develop in the future. Includes cross platform support

  59.         technical support. Free lifetime upgrades. Small user requested modifications
  60.         and additions.

  85.         this order form and mail it with signed Licence Agreement
  86.         (LICENSE.DSM) to Otto Chrons. Only printed form is acceptable.
