  8. CD Tray is a Shareware product, Copyright 1993 by JenJen Software,
  9. all rights reserved.  Disk vendors who distribute Shareware and
  10. public domain software on 5 1/4" and/or 3 1/2" floppy diskettes are
  11. permitted to distribute CD Tray providing that the vendor's fee
  12. is less than $10.00 for the disk containing CD Tray files.
  13. Vendors who charge more than $10.00 per disk are PROHIBITED from
  14. distributing CD Tray in any form without expressed written
  15. consent from JenJen Software.  Vendors should stress the 
  16. Shareware concept.

  18. Vendors who meet the above requirements may distribute CD Tray
  19. only if ALL attendant files are included on the distribution
  20. diskette, and only if NO files are modified in any way. The
  21. CD Tray files that MUST be included on the distribution diskette are:

  23.     CDTRAY.EXE     -  CD Tray executable program file
  24.     CDTRAY.HLP     -  CD Tray help file
  25.     README.TXT     -  Text File with a brief description of CD Tray 
  26.                       and any other release notes.
  27.     DISCLAIM.TXT   -  Text file describing the limited warrenty
  28.     LICENSE.TXT    -  Text file describing the license agreement
  29.     REGISTER.TXT   -  Text file containing the registration information
  30.     VENDOR.TXT     -  Text file describing the rights of Shareware vendors
  31.     ORDER.TXT      -  Text file of CD Tray registration form.
  32.     BBS.TXT        -  Text file for posting on Bulletin Boards as description
