  74.    Web site at <http://www.adobe.com/>.

  76.    The PDF content of the CD-ROM has been indexed for keyword searching with
  77.    Adobe Acrobat Search. To use the search index for a particular CD-ROM, the 
  78.    file "index.pdx" in the folder "acroindx" must be loaded into the Acrobat 
  79.    Reader with Search software as a search index (select the 
  80.    "Tools -> Search -> Indexes" menu item in Acrobat Reader).
