  3. The quickest way to surf all Shocking the Web weblinks.
  4.  
  5. The ShockMarks bookmarks are a fast and easy way to surf Web sites 
  6. that are listed throughout the book, or to find your way around 
  7. the book site. Book links (BookLinks) are divided by chapter and 
  8. the book web site links (SiteLinks) are divided by main categories 
  9. for instant access.

  11. Follow these simple instructions to add ShockMarks 
  12. to your personal bookmarks list.

  14. INSTRUCTIONS

  16. Netscape Navigator users:
  17. 1. Open Netscape 
  18. 2. Under the Windows menu choose Bookmarks
  19. 3. Under the File menu choose Import Bookmarks and select the
  20. ShckMrks.htm file from the Netscape folder on this CD-ROM.
  21. Now close the bookmarks window and return to your browser. 
  22. Under the Bookmarks menu you will find Shocking the Web 
  23. and all of the available links. You're ready to go!

  25. Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0/Win95 users:
  26. 1. Copy the SHOCKWEB folder from the Microsft folder on this 
  27. CD-ROM to the following directory on your start disk: 
  28. Windows\Favorites\Imported Bookmarks\  
  29. 2. Under the Favorites menu you will now find SHOCKWEB and 
  30. all of the available links. You're ready to go!
  31. OR, you can also open the ShckMrks.htm file with your browser 
  32. to display all of the links on a single HTML page.

  34. Microsoft Internet Explorer 2.0 users:
  35. 1. Open Internet Explorer 
  36. 2. Under the File menu choose Import Favorites and select the 
  37. ShckMrks.htm file from the Microsft folder on this CD-ROM.
  38. Under the Favorites menu you will now find ShockMarks.htm and 
  39. all of the available links. You're ready to go!
