- The ShockMarks bookmarks are a fast and easy way to surf Web sites
- that are listed throughout the book, or to find your way around
- the book site. Book links (BookLinks) are divided by chapter and
- the book web site links (SiteLinks) are divided by main categories
- for instant access.

- Follow these simple instructions to add ShockMarks
- to your personal bookmarks list.

- INSTRUCTIONS

- Netscape Navigator users:
- 1. Open Netscape
- 2. Under the Windows menu choose Bookmarks
- 3. Under the File menu choose Import Bookmarks and select the
- ShckMrks.htm file from the Netscape folder on this CD-ROM.
- Now close the bookmarks window and return to your browser.
- Under the Bookmarks menu you will find Shocking the Web
- and all of the available links. You're ready to go!

- Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0/Win95 users:
- 1. Copy the SHOCKWEB folder from the Microsft folder on this
- CD-ROM to the following directory on your start disk:
- Windows\Favorites\Imported Bookmarks\
- 2. Under the Favorites menu you will now find SHOCKWEB and
- all of the available links. You're ready to go!
- OR, you can also open the ShckMrks.htm file with your browser
- to display all of the links on a single HTML page.

- 1. Open Internet Explorer
- 2. Under the File menu choose Import Favorites and select the
- ShckMrks.htm file from the Microsft folder on this CD-ROM.
