  33. Stellar Explorer was developed using internal Windows development libraries
  34. containing special effects and other pre-built tools.  This set of libraries
  35. will continue to be built and enhanced.  If you are interested in these for

  38. Stellar Explorer was designed with the sound effects being an
  39. enhancement to the game.  The game uses both digitized .WAV sounds
  40. and MIDI sound output (through the MIDI Mapper).  If your system is
  41. equipped with these features, make certain the sound is turned on
  42. through the menu or Options dialog in the game.
