  3. behavour of Quest.  Use Quest completely at your own risk. By 
  4. using Quest, you agree to and will comply with the following:

  6. 1) Quest Public Beta 1.030 (as well as any private betas made 
  7. prior to it) cannot be sold or packaged (this includes but is 
  8. not limited to the oh-so-popular compilation CD's) in any way, partial 
  9. or complete, without written permission from its two authors, 
  10. Trey Harrison and Chris Carollo.
