  4. This QC patch changes your rockets into flying lightning guns, which
  5. throw lightning in the direction that the person who shot it is facing!
  6.  
  7. Great for shooting people around corners.

  9. Advantages : You can still aim after the missile is launched
  10.  
  11. Disadvantages : - You have to keep aiming the lightning; when you run away, who
  12.                   knows who or what you'll hit?
  13.  
  14.                 - The lightning doesn't sprout until after 0.5 seconds. So
  15.                   it's useless for close combat; the impact doesn't hurt.

  17. A simple, quick hack, but nice.

  19. To use : Compile using QCC. Put the progs.dat in a directory under Quake
  20.          and start Quake with -game <subdir>. Or download guidedp.zip,
  21.          which contains the progs.dat, from cdrom.com
