  1.                      CLICHE FINDER - IMPORTANT NOTICE

  3. This diskette contains the file CLFINDER.ARC. This is an archive file
  4. containing "crunched" files. That means the files have been made smaller
  5. using a special archiving process so that they could all be included on a
  6. single disk. To "uncrunch" them, you need to use the program ARCE.COM, which
  7. is also included. Follow these instructions to uncrunch your files:

  9. Before doing anything, make a backup copy of your disk. See the DISKCOPY
  10. command in your DOS manual. Put the original in a safe place, and use the
  11. backup for all your work.

  13. 1. IF YOU ARE USING A 2-FLOPPY SYSTEM: Start from the A> prompt, with the
  14. distribution diskette in the A drive. Be prepared with TWO blank, formatted
  15. diskettes. Enter the following command: DOTWO
  16.  
  17. Follow the instructions on screen, which will tell you when to insert your
  18. diskettes into drive B.

  20. 2. IF YOU ARE USING A HARD DISK: Make sure you have created the subdirectory
  21. wher eyou want the files to be placed. Start from the A> prompt, with the
  22. distribution diskette in the A drive. Enter the following command:

  24.     ARCE CLFINDER C:\SUBDIR /R
  25.  
  26. Instead of "SUBDIR" type the actual name of the subdirectory you want to
  27. use. The program will now uncrunch all files and place them on your hard
  28. disk.
